Itching for a fresh inspirational perspective? What about the rhythm of fenestration with the play of light and shadow? Or the way light is reflected between the planes of urban surfaces? Would you like to find a new way to step into abstraction with your paintings? (Maybe you just want to get out of the house?!!)
Try an urban en Plein air session to stretch and challenge your sense of composition, or just for a change of painting pace. We will meet in downtown Bethesda (exact location TBD) near public parking, in a plaza with seating (no need to bring a chair). Bring a small portable easel, or a sturdy sketch board, and materials of your choosing. We will be safely socially distanced outdoors, wearing face masks.
Weather permitting, previously scheduled for Feb Saturday, March 20, 12:30 – 3:30 pm. The specific location will be emailed a few days before the event.
