I'm a self-taught artist living and working in Washington, DC, the same city in which I was raised. As a teenager I took courses at the Corcoran School of Art for figure drawing, photography, and film development and began painting consistently in 2001. After years of participating in exhibitions and selling work, I went on an unplanned creative hiatus in early 2010.

After a decade-long pause from painting, she is now reconnecting with her work, one brush stroke at a time.
