She was an artist in residence at La Macina di San Cresci, in Gréve in Chianti, Italy in 2019. The works in this show are part of her “History Adorned” series of portraits of women who have been forgotten or misunderstood through the passage of time. This show focuses on women from the 19th century who were scientists, doctors, poets, engineers, social activists, and dressmakers, all pioneers in their fields. Her talk will be followed by an ART SHARE among the participating members. The first 5 people who RSVP and indicated they want to show their work should have images of one or two works uploaded on their computers ready to share or a small work ready to hold up.
