See New Hotel in DC Displaying Art by and about Women
Hotel Zena, recently opened last fall, is part hotel and part art gallery Hotel Zena focuses on works that celebrate women. Its powerful art collection simply titled “Her” features an array of pieces created by DC artists, including our own Heather Lynn.

About the Event
The collection celebrates the accomplishments of women and their struggle for gender equality with over sixty art pieces created by female artists and women-owned businesses. Heather Lynn, creator of the multi-media The Garden of Eden- The First Feminists, will lead us through the art-filled spaces. Check out the hotel website for a preview.
Those who wish to can then gather to discuss what we’ve seen and network at one of the restaurants for refreshments or dinner.
Hotel Zena is located near Thomas Circle, walkable from several Metro stops. Meet in the lobby bar. As always, you are welcome to invite a friend, especially one who might be interested in joining WCA. A minimum of 10 participants is needed for this event.
