Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) is accepting applications for the 2021 Wachmeister Award to be given to an established visual artist new to VCCA.
The deadline for application is about a month away, on September 15, 2020. VCCA encourages artists of all backgrounds to apply. There is no application fee.
